Travel guests choose how they want to pay each installment. You can either pay the entire amount for the trip or enter a payment
plan option. We try to make our payment plans flexible.

to make monthly payments to your account.

If you need to cancel your vacation, please fill out the trip cancellation forms as provided by your travel agency of choice.
Refunds will be contingent on the terms of your trip.

Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. If you do not purchase insurance with us, you are
required to sign a waiver that you declined trip insurance.

Most people that come on our trips are singles but there are a
handful of couples that also participate. Regardless of your
relationship status, we welcome you to our group of happy
adventurous travelers.

If your roommate cancels their reservation, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in
your room.

It will be your responsibility to find new roommates, or you will
have to pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Travel documents and itineraries are sent to travel guests 14-21days before the event via email. Please also follow up with the
agency you choose your package with as their dates might differ.

Visas can be provided based on your travel option or selected plans.

We offer both services. You can secure only hotel and activities with us
if you choose to. The Uniqueness of our package is based around the
quality of experience we offer. We want to ensure you feel good, safe
and happy to work with us again. We also understand that some of our
guests have Miles, and relationships with airlines. So, even though we
offer a competitive flight rate, you can also book your own flights.
